José Castellón is a seasoned aerospace engineer with 39 years of experience. He is a subject matter expert in systems engineering and is passionate about helping underserved communities.

José is a proven champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He has led over a dozen employee resource groups, including his company’s Hispanic employee resource group. José has also led STEM outreach programs that supported underrepresented communities.

Jose is of Puerto Rican and Salvadorean descent, born and raised in California. Jose is married, has two sons, a stepdaughter, and two dogs.
